PURPOSE OF FACILITY
The facility can be utilized for any of the following purposes:
- Purchase of Lot, House & Lot, Condominium unit, Townhouse
- House Construction, Home Improvement
- Refinancing / Take-out of existing loans
- Filipino citizens
- Natural-born Filipinos who have lost their Filipino citizenship (up to a maximum lot area of 1,000 sq.m. only)
- Must be at least 21 years of age and must not be more than 65 yrs. of age upon loan maturity
- Salaried or self-employed individuals
- Up to 80% of the appraised value of the property for house & lot, townhouse & condominium
- Up to 60% of the appraised value of the property for lot
MINIMUM LOAN AMOUNT
- P750K for purchase of house & lot, townhouse & condominium – within Metro Manila
- P500K – other areas outside Metro Manila
- P500K for purchase of lot within Metro Manila
- P200K – other areas outside Metro Manila
- Up to 10 years for Lot purchase or Home Improvement
- Up to 20 years for purchase of House & Lot, Townhouse, Condominium unit & House Construction
- 6.50%p.a. fixed for 1 years
- 6.99%p.a. fixed for 2 years
- 7.25%p.a. fixed for 3 years
- 7.50%p.a. fixed for 4 years
- 7.99%p.a. fixed for 5 years
- Payable in equal monthly amortization or step up scheme, which allows initial low monthly payments that increase as the value of your property rises.
- Payments can be made via Automatic Debit Arrangement from a PNB Savings Bank Account or Post Dated Checks.
- First Real Estate Mortgage over an acceptable residential property.
*Initial low monthly payments/step up scheme is applicable to loan amount of minimum Php 1,000,000 for a minimum period of five (5) years.
